4 Ways to Exercise Employee Wellness

June is the new January! It’s time for you and your co-workers to refresh resolutions for National Employee Wellbeing Month!

Here are 4 ways for you to celebrate:  

1.     Spice up your lunch. Try some new, healthy recipes to add some excitement to your lunchtime routine.

2.     Namast’ay at your desk. Channel your positive zen! Take a break from your work and strike a yoga pose or two - without leaving your chair!

3.     Breathe easy. It’s amazing what a few deep breaths can do! Take a few minutes to breathe and relax with a meditation sequence.

4.     Distance makes the heart grow stronger.Running is a great way to de-stress. Head outdoors over your lunch hour and explore the area around your office.
